

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 x 160g Tins of Tuna in Brine (drained)
- 200g Pasta (cooked)
- 1 Head of Broccoli (cut into florets and blanched – cooked in boiling water for 3 minutes)
- 1 x 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes or Passata
- 1 Slice of Wholemeal Bread (made into breadcrumbs)
- 25g Mature Cheddar (grated)
- ½ Lettuce (washed and shredded)
- 16 Cherry Tomatoes (washed and cut in half)
- ½ Cucumber (washed and sliced)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200C / 400F / Gas Mark 6
- Flake the tuna into an ovenproof dish than add pasta and broccoli.
- Top with tomatoes.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp on top.
- Serve accompanied by prepared salad.
