Muesli Bars

Ingredients (serves 16)

  • 5 Tablsp Sunflower Oil
  • 300g Sugar Free Muesli
  • 5 Tablsp Honey
  • 1 Teasp Mixed Spice or Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg (beaten)

Method

Pre-heat oven to 160C / 325F / Gas Mark 3

  1. Grease a shallow baking tray approx 14×22 cm with a little of the oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into baking tray, patting firmly to ensure mixture is level.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  4. Cool slightly and cut into 12-16 pieces.
  5. Cool on a wire rack and break into the marked pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Most cakes and biscuits are high in fat or sugar so enjoy in moderation
