Fruit Kebabs

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • ½ Melon (skinned and de-seeded, cut into chunks)
  • 1 Orange (peeled and cut into quarters, then halved again)
  • ½ Fresh Pineapple (skinned and cut into chunks)
  • 2 Kiwi Fruit (peeled and quartered)
  • 6 Strawberries (washed and halved)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 6 Wooden Skewers

Method

  1. Thread chunks of fruit onto skewers.
  2. Arrange the skewers on a plate and serve.
