

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Pear (washed, cored and chopped)
- 1 Apple (washed, cored and chopped)
- ½ Small Tin of Pineapple in Juice
- 50g Seedless Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 Orange (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
Method
- Put prepared fruit in a bowl, except banana and mix well.
- Add bananas just before serving to prevent discolouration.
- Experiment with a variety of fruits; melon is useful to extend portion sizes
- Yoghurt is a good accompaniment to fruit salad
