- Egg
- Milk
- Margarine
Method
- Bring kettle to the boil
- Break egg into a bowl, add half a teaspoon of margarine and a dessert spoon of milk, season with pepper
- Whisk with a fork
- Pour into roasting bag and secure with tier
- Place bag in kettle and bring back to the boil
- Check egg for readiness
- Using scissors to open up the bag, remove the egg
- Serve with spinach and tomatoes or toast
