HENRY provides families with a range of support to help achieve a healthy lifestyle. Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership are working together with Home-Start North East Aberdeenshire to deliver HENRY Healthy Families – Right from the Start.
This FREE programme is available to families with children aged 0-5 years; who live in Aberdeenshire and are able to commit to the 8-week programme – self referral by the family is encouraged.
