

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 x 500g Frozen Mixed Fruit or Berries
- 1 Tablsp Runny Honey
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 x 150g Natural Yogurt
Method
- Defrost fruit in a bowl, pour over honey and add cinnamon stick.
- Allow flavours to infuse for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Serve with yogurt.
This dish works well as a dessert or even a light breakfast
