Fruit Compote

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 x 500g Frozen Mixed Fruit or Berries
  • 1 Tablsp Runny Honey
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 x 150g Natural Yogurt

Method

  1. Defrost fruit in a bowl, pour over honey and add cinnamon stick.
  2. Allow flavours to infuse for a couple of hours or overnight.
  3. Serve with yogurt.

This dish works well as a dessert or even a light breakfast
