Ingredients (serves 6)
- ½ Melon (skinned and de-seeded, cut into chunks)
- 1 Orange (peeled and cut into quarters, then halved again)
- ½ Fresh Pineapple (skinned and cut into chunks)
- 2 Kiwi Fruit (peeled and quartered)
- 6 Strawberries (washed and halved)
- 1 Banana (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 6 Wooden Skewers
 
Method
- Thread chunks of fruit onto skewers.
- Arrange the skewers on a plate and serve.
