

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 50g Short Grain Rice
- 500ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 18g Granulated Sugar
- 1 x 410g Tinned Pears in Juice
Method
- Place all ingredients into a pan (except the pears) and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 45 minutes until creamy.
- Serve with pears.
Suitable accompaniments may include low fat custard or yoghurt
