

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 x 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes or Passata
- 1 Onion (peeled and chopped)
- 1 Clove of Garlic (peeled and chopped)
- ½ Teasp Mixed Herbs
- 200g Pasta (cooked as per manufacturer’s instructions)
- 1 x 198g Tin of Sweetcorn (drained) or Frozen
- 60g Frozen Peas
- 240g Chicken Breast Meat (cooked and diced)
- 25g Mature Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Method
- Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic and herbs in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients, except the cheese, heat through.
- Pour the mixture into a heatproof serving dish, sprinkle over the cheese and place under a preheated hot grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Serve.
