

Ingredients (serves 16)
- 5 Tablsp Sunflower Oil
- 300g Sugar Free Muesli
- 5 Tablsp Honey
- 1 Teasp Mixed Spice or Cinnamon
- 1 Egg (beaten)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 160C / 325F / Gas Mark 3
- Grease a shallow baking tray approx 14×22 cm with a little of the oil.
- Mix all ingredients together and spoon into baking tray, patting firmly to ensure mixture is level.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and cut into 12-16 pieces.
- Cool on a wire rack and break into the marked pieces.
- Store in an airtight container
- Most cakes and biscuits are high in fat or sugar so enjoy in moderation
