

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Tablsp Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (peeled and chopped)
- 1 Red Chilli (de-seeded and chopped)
- 1 Large Tin (400g) of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- ½ Lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 Tablsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablsp Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
- 1 Teasp Ground Coriander Black Pepper
Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend.
- Season with black pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled.
Serve with crudities – strips of carrots, cucumber, celery, peppers etc. for a tasty alternative to crisps and dips
