Healthy Helpings is an NHS Grampian weight management programme.
Healthy Helpings ran in Grampian from 2009 - 2020 as a face-to-face group programme, and was delivered in various locations throughout Grampian. During this time:
- 749 programmes ran and
- over 7,400 people registered for a place.
The need for social distancing as a result of the pandemic in 2020, meant that face-to-face delivery had to stop, but we have instead developed the programme as an on-line version which is freely available to any person or group of people who wish to use it.
