Think Well, Eat Well

Think Well, Eat Well is an NHS Grampian programme delivered by specialist dietitians and psychologists to support people with more complex needs. The programme will help people to make lifestyle and behaviour changes that can improve their relationship with food as well as overall health, wellbeing, and help them achieve a healthier weight.

The programme will be delivered weekly for 12 weeks as a structured group programme, with additional follow-up at 6, 9 & 12 months. The programme focuses on diet, physical activity and emotional wellbeing, with the aim of achieving 5-10% weight loss. The programme is delivered as a hybrid of face to face sessions and online video sessions. There is a limited capacity for one to one support for patients who cannot engage with a group intervention.

Patients will need to be referred to the Adult Weight Management Service by their GP or health professional.
