Confidence 2 Cook
This NHS Grampian resource (including training) is designed to equip those working in a community setting with the skills, knowledge and confidence to help others start to cook. It is particularly aimed to increase participant’s knowledge on food and health and to help others develop their cooking skills.
The Recipe Section contains a lot of simple recipes which use the Front of Pack coloured label layout to give you an idea of how healthy they are.

It’s worth checking with your local Community Centre or Community Flat to see whether they offer cooking classes – use ALISS to check for your nearest venue.
