- Good source of calcium - for strong bones and teeth
- In general choose lower-fat and lower-sugar options
- For cheese it may be better to use a small amount of a stronger cheese (for example a mature cheddar) rather than using a low fat version - this is because you need to use much more of the low fat cheese to get the same taste/ flavour
