Using a diary can help us:
- become more aware of our habits
- see where we need to make changes
- see how we're getting on with making any changes
Notebooks, paper diaries, laptops and mobile phones are just some of the things we can use to keep a diary of our daily food, drink and activity.
It's best to complete any dairy as soon as we can after eating, drinking or doing something.
