Living with obesity can clearly affect your health related quality of life, through physical ill health it can place limitations on your ability to carry out everyday tasks such as walking and self care or being able to work. In some cases living with obesity can restrict you from doing things that you enjoy for example being active with your children or going to the cinema or theatre. This can often contribute to a cycle of feeling low in mood about our situation and lead us to seek comfort from food.
