You can calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) using the following calculation:
BMI = weight (in kg's) divided by (Height (in metres) x Height (in metres))
So for example, for someone who weighs 89kg and measures 1.62m:
BMI = 89 divided by (1.62 x 1.62) = 33.9 kg/m2
