What is Healthy Eating?

 Healthy eating is about eating a variety of foods, from the different food groups, in the correct proportions.
The Eatwell Guide shows us the 5 main food groups as part of a plate – the different sized portions give us an idea of how much we should aim to eat from the different food groups.
