  • Active 10 - walking tracker app (Health England) - this App breaks walking down into 10 minute 'bursts' and helps you to set and reach your walking goals
  • Couch to 5K - For anyone interested in something more challenging, this App is designed to get you off the couch and running 5km in just 9 weeks. The plan is made up of a mixture of running, walking and resting.
